And also because I can't call myself an motorsports enthusiast if I haven't watched this yet.; Ok I didn't expect Lightning McQueen would be such a douchebag in the start lmfao but yay for character development!!! And yay for found family trope in the least expected setting!!

Mayhem - Lady Gaga (album): Now why did I almost cried listening to this on the bus to work; Ok my Gaga album has always been Artpop but this has got to be her magnum opus. This feels like the product of all her eras through 15 years of her career.; Favorite tracks besides the title are Vanish Into You, Zombieboy and Shadow of a Man.

The Love Hypothesis - Ali Hazelwood: It was... okay! I give it 3.5 stars. Definitely enjoyed the whole shebang but kinda cringed at certain parts (coughthesmutchapterscough).; The romance was good and I thrived on the banter. I enjoyed the PhD setting much more than I expected!; Might give her other books a shot...? Not sure yet.; I mostly came into the first book with expectations that it was adapted from KyloRen fanfic so I already have a picture in my head on how the main pairing would look like. It was an easy and comfy read for me (I sped thru it in 3 days)

Lady Gaga in Todo Mundo no Rio: Watched this randomly on a Sunday night and I’m just in awe of every second of her production. The audience were so responsive and geniunely having a good time with her, that it adds so much more passion to an already personal performance. For some reason, this was more enjoyable to watch compared to Coachella. I could feel Lady Gaga was having the time of her life, giving it her all, even through the screen.; I got so emotional up at Born This Way. It’s a meaningful song to me and seeing it being performed with so much freedom, joy, pride and passion actually moved me to tears!! T_T; What a setlist! My favorites have to be Poker Face, Born This Way and Vanish Into You. Ughhh, literal masterpieceeee

HAIM Artist Radio: Shuffled their whole discography whilst walking back home from therapy.; The yearning?? The lyricism??? The production??? Cathartic.

Sling - Clairo (album): Lulled me to sleep. I was randomly just listening to Flightless Bird, American Mouth radio when Partridge shuffled and I was caught off guard (/pos) with the soothing intro.; Proceeded to listen to the whole album intently.

Howl's Moving Castle - Diana Wynne Jones: I read somewhere years ago saying book!Howl is way more dramatic than Ghibli!Howl and I GET IT NOW.; Very whimsical and I love the prose so much.; Besides Sophie's interactions with Howl, I most especially appreciated how protective she was with her sisters.; Of course I can't help but to compare the movie to it. I love how the movie wasn't a 1:1 adaptation but instead drew inspiration from it and gave it the sociopolitical Ghibli touch.

Love Island and Michelangelo: Did I just lock in and listen to a 20 minute segment about Love Island without having any prior knowledge about the show while I was on the way to work? Yes.; Did I really lock in about her talk about being disconnected to one’s self on the way home? Yes. If the Supreme Leader tells me to Stand Up, I will Stand Up! It’s so funny that this woke me up way better than any self-help book I read about social media addiction.; Did I learn Michelangelo’s lore about his works? Yes. I even googled the Last Judgement but it was too small to look at it on my phone.

Barbie Diaries (2006): In which Bab and I commit to the bit of watching Barbie movies just because I randomly joked about it on a random evening when we didn’t know what to do; Absolute Cinema. Honestly I wasn’t really off put by the quality of the animations; in fact I was more amazed by Barbie’s hair physics and the lips movement of the characters are accurate. Did I mention this is actually mo-cap?! The clunkiness of the animation gave it so much charm I love it!!!; Literally Mean Girls but Cady Heron is Barbie *chef’s kiss*

999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors [lparchive]: A random tweet about someone having a tattoo of ‘truth’ and ‘gone’ and my neurons connected that it’s familiar. I googled it and yup it’s from 999. Somehow ended up re-reading the lparchive of it and GOD the true ending still fucks me up. I still remember vividly the night I finished it while 9years play in the background.; I love how some CGs of it still scares me lmfao such a good horror ambience

Devil May Cry (2025): It was good (Dante is such a huge dork!); Then it was bad (Lady’s characterization is Butchered); Then it got worse (Those fuckass bullets are suddenly way more powerful than devil trigger??); Then it was good again (That 20 second Vergil cameo at the end saved the series)

Snoopy Presents: Welcome Home, Franklin (2024): Love the animation and art style so much! The mixture of hand-painted backgrounds and 60fps animation was so satisfying to watch; And of course, the plot is lighthearted and meaningful

Hercules (1997): Watched with Bab! Had a lot of fun and inside jokes. Songs were actually bangers
